[Basic Technical Rescue Training]
California Wing Headquarters will be hosting a Basic Technical Resuce Training scheduled for 07 January 2001. To see more details about the event, click here.

[Change of Command to take Place at Squadron Banquet]
Recently announced, Squadron 51 will be undergoing a Change of Command Ceremony to give great honor and recognition to retiring commander Major Michael Rosen and to congratulate his successor, Captain Thomas Hoebink on taking over command of the Squadron. Maj. Rosen guided the squadron in over 8 years in office as Squadron Commander. In an interview with Capt. Hoebink, he stated that he's enthusiastic and anxious to be honored with the position and pledges to make great accomplishments for the unit. The ceremony will take place at this years squadron banquet. See the Announcements section below for more details about the banquet.

for further information.

[Recruiting Drive Underway!]
Thank you to all those cadet's that turned in contact information for our recruiting drive. We'll be making contact with those individuals shortly. If your interested in participating in the recruiting presentation at your school, make contact to Major Flores through your chain of command.
